Roman Christov –
Outstanding value for money. Very comfortable watch that in real life looks smaller than on paper.

My “to go watch”, I use it everyday and sometimes freediving/spearfishing(when I`m not using the depth meter equipped Citizen Aqualand). Good enough for the Italian combat divers and good enough for me. Maybe i got lucky, but mine is very accurate compared to it`s main rivals. Can`t get a better dive watch at this price point.

?! Bought this but it says 8204 – s034124 on back case instead of 8203
Its not the same caliber in this model any more?
Whats the difference and why is it not changed on your website?

This is such an amazing watch….out of all the watches I have (Rolex, Tudor, Marathon and Seiko to name some)…this is my favorite daily to wear watch !!!
size is perfect for my 7″ wrist, lume is awesome and very comfortable on the rubber strap.
I use it in pool (I dont dive)….but its getting the job done in a perfect way !!!

This watch has a panache that other, more expensive, dive watches lack. The inky black dial adds to that touch of class. The history behind this watch is something special. Wears smaller than the size would indicate, but is superbly comfortable.

This watch is excellent. Have it for few years now and only have good words for it. For its price you can’t go wrong.

This watch is exactly what it should be, and for a very affordable price. Although I am not the biggest fan of diver watches in general (and not a diver myself), I thought I should have one, for completeness. Turned out I like it a lot, and I wear it much more than I originally expected.

I recently bought a new NY0040 E with movement 8204 It says 8203 on the dial. Then I read that it has expired, but it is clear from the serial number that it was produced in June 2022. I am therefore unsure whether it is genuine?

I’ve had this watch for about 15 years, worn almost daily. I swim with it, I run, I cycle, I dive with it in the sea (down to 40-50 metres). I have never had it serviced, yet at no point did it give me any trouble. Only now, after 15 years, I started noticing that the power reserve is less than 20 hours.
Accuracy is still within specs, bezel has beautifully strong click and aligns well with 12 o’clock position. At this point, lume is almost useless but it was OK for the first five or so years. Rubber strap is nothing to write home about; sea, sun and sand destroyed it pretty quickly (2-3 holidays by the sea).
Its only downside is the mineral crystal. I wish it had a sapphire one or a bezel that protrudes above the crystal. I have 2 small scratches but they’re impossible to ignore. I also wish it was easier to source a citizen metal bracelet for this watch (and I wish it was better quality).
