Super Titanium retains the original properties of lightness and smoothness on the skin, but adds strength, hardness and beauty to the titanium, making it superior to stainless steel. Super Titanium can be the perfect material for the Titanium watch you wear on your wrist every day.

Super Titanium has been developed so that you can enjoy your new Titanium watch in its original condition for as long as possible. Through the treatment of solid titanium, which is soft and difficult to process, we have achieved five times the surface hardness of stainless steel with CITIZEN’s in-house surface hardening technology, Duratect. This protects your Titanium watch from scratches and makes it look as good as it did on the day you bought it.

Super Titanium is approximately 40% lighter than stainless steel. CITIZEN developed its own technologies to successfully solve this problem and protect against nickel and metal allergies by using our surface hardening technology, Duratect. Super Titanium is resistant to salt and fresh water. This means that the watches can be worn in every day-to-day situation. Also persons who are professionally or come into contact with water in the home, these watches are perfectly suited for this purpose. Super Titanium Watches are rugged and resistant and do not lose any of their original shine even under heavy stress. *Rust can occur on models whose metal band is connected to pins that are not made of Super Titanium.
